After a successful surgery on Wednesday, Manny Pacquiao posted on his social media with a photo of him and his wife Jinky.

Pacquiao suffered a "significant tear" on his shoulder three weeks before the Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight. He and his team did not disclose the injury to the public. And during the weigh-in, Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz did not tick the appropriate box of pre-fight NSAC questionnaire that ask about injury.

Non disclosure of the injury put Pacquiao in the limelight more than Mayweather's victory. A move that may result perjury case against the team Pacquiao.

Two Las Vegas fans file a $5 million class-lawsuit against Pacquiao. Another $300 million class-lawsuit reportedly filed in the state of Texas that includes Floyd Mayweather Jr. And I believed there might be more to come. I expect the amount would be more than the total amount of punches thrown by both fighters on May 2, even if one punch is equal to $1 million.

It is still yet to be seen the merit of the case and how district courts will handle this case.

Shoulder injury put Pacman on the limelight

Pacquiao is on the media spotlight, instead of the media talking about Floyd's victory. The media has been following Pacquiao's developing injury story. Pacquiao did not disclose an injury he suffered during the training. A move that might brought him to trial by perjury.

So you're bringing in three sets of different viewpoints, promoter, fighter and network. And trying to layer them all together and it's a challenge," says Espinoza as quoted in Boxingnews.com

But to those that think that there's merit for a rematch, don’t lose hope.

It was earlier reported Floyd Mayweather Jr. texted Stephen A. Smith. He will agree on a rematch with Manny Pacquiao in 2016 when Pacman' shoulder fully recover.
