LOS ANGELES (July 17, 2026) — Golden Boy Promotions, Vergil Ortiz Jr., and Ortiz's manager, Rick Mirigian, announced today that they have reached an amicable settlement resolving all outstanding disputes. The agreement concludes the pending litigation and reaffirms the parties' shared commitment to delivering the biggest fights to boxing fans around the world.
